Estimated Processing Times

Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

You'll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

United Kingdom: Shipping times are within 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Europe: Shipping times are within 3-5 working days from dispatch.

Rest of the World: Shipping times are within 6-7 working days from dispatch.

  • To avoid RTS (return to sender) situations, please ensure your shipping information is accurate and reachable.

Worldwide Shipping

All orders are shipped from the UK.

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail’s International Tracked service. Royal Mail partners with trusted local postal and courier services in each country (such as USPS in the USA) to ensure safe and reliable final delivery.

Custom Duties & Taxes for those outside the UK

- For US Orders

We currently use the Royal Mail PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid) for all US orders meaning we will cover the costs of custom duties and import taxes for all orders imported into the US. Your parcel will be delivered to you without any additional custom charges or surprise fees on delivery. 

- For all other international Orders

  • Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once it arrives in your country.
  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
  • The buyer is responsible for any additional costs charged by local customs.
  • Unfortunately, we can’t predict these fees, and they vary by country. If you’re unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
