Return & Refund Policy – Relentless Ambition

Thank you for supporting Relentless Ambition. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are accepted for items returned within 14 days of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original state. This means the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, free of wear and tear, with all original tags attached, and returned in its complete, original packaging intact.
- Custom or personalised items are not eligible for refunds unless faulty or damaged.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
- If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
- To help us process your claim efficiently, please provide:

- Your order number
- A detailed description of the fault
- Photographs of the fault or damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
3. How to Return an Item
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@relentlessambition.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Lost Items During Courier Transit
- If your order is marked as "delivered" by the courier but you have not received the package, please contact the courier service directly to investigate the issue.
- Important: Relentless Ambition cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or unreceived packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier.
- Replacement Policy: We are unable to offer replacements, refunds, or reships for packages that are lost in transit or misdelivered, as these are outside our control.
General Note
- To minimize delivery issues, please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
- We recommend tracking your shipment and contacting the courier immediately if there are concerns about delivery.
7. Return to Sender (RTS) Policy
Unsuccessful Delivery: If the courier is unable to deliver your order after two or more delivery attempts or if delivery is refused or unclaimed, the package will be marked as "Return to Sender."
- Return Processing: Once the package is received back at our facility, we will contact you to confirm the next steps.
- Reshipment:

- Reshipping a returned order may incur additional shipping charges, which will be billed to you.
- You may choose to have the order reshipped, provided that the shipping address is accurate and complete.
- Refunds

- If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, we will process the refund for the purchase price minus any applicable shipping or handling charges once the returned package is received and inspected.
- Restrictions

- Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed status are subject to the above conditions.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return transit.
